An absolute special interview! I had the pleasure to interview Steve Babcock the Chief Creative Director from VaynerMedia, the digital agency, founded by the man himself, Gary Vaynerchuk.
Steve is not just a creative genius, but furthermore a pleasure to talk to. Since there was a lot to cover with him about creativity, business and life, here I’m just gonna present part one of the interview.
In this first part, we covered his story of becoming the CCO of such a dynamic and fast-growing company (he didn’t know Gary when Gary called him first..), how creativity was fixed in his DNA somehow and how he learnt more about creativity processes (and what he recommends to do to learn more about creativity).
