078 with Allen Gannett from TrackMaven: How does creativity help to grow companies?

Allen Gannett has just recently been named FORBES and Inc. „30 under 30″as the CEO of TrackMaven, a marketing analytics platform collecting and interpreting data to develop the most successful marketing strategies. The company’s platform is used by companies such as the NBA, Microsoft, the USBank, Marriott and Allianz.
Besides being the CEO, he brings the world to a better place by being a Global Shaper in the World Economic Forum, as a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council and much more interesting stuff he does besides his job.
One of this year’s highlights is his new book: The Creative Curve: How to Develop the Right Idea at the Right Time! .

Allen talks with me about his relationship to the German market, his successful path in entrepreneurship, the goal behind TrackMaven and the art of creativity. Creativity is something, Allen says, that is completely independent from any kind of IQ measure or personal talent. Creativity is something that be can practised and learned – people just need to know why.
In this relationship, Allen wanted to bring his thoughts to paper and published his new book in order to help people boost their creativity.
