Aaron Brückner modelte mit den bekanntesten Fotografen, schreibt mit den Top-Verlagen seine Bücher und hilft mittelständischen und großen Unternehmen als Berater.
Aaron ist promovierter Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, internationales Fotomodell und Autor mehrere Bücher mit Top-Verlagen. Sein Ziel als Berater ist es heute, Unternehmen und Persönlichkeiten dabei zu helfen, sich in ihrer beruflichen Umgebung zu entfalten.
Mit 24 Jahren veröffentlichte er sein erstes Buch, gemeinsam mit dem Springer Verlag, über das Thema der Operativen Exzellenz und lässt einige Jahre später ein weiteres folgen mit dem Titel „Lean Management“. Mit seinem letzten Werk „Sei der CEO deines Lebens“ verknüpft er Beraterstrategien und -Taktiken für das persönliche Wachstum eines Menschen.
In seiner Modellkarriere arbeitete er u.a. mit Mario Testino als Starfotograf (brachte z.B. Kate Moss groß heraus) und stand mit Toni Garrn am Set – das alles auch neben dem Studium.
Heute, neben all den Themen, beschäftigt er sich wesentlich damit, Persönlichkeiten in Unternehmen zu entwickeln, um es diesen zu ermöglichen, gerne und erfüllt zur Arbeit zu kommen und dokumentiert hier seine Reise auch in seinem „Andersmacher-Podcast“.

Prof. Dr Philipp Sandner gehört mit seinen 39 Jahren zu den absoluten Vordenkern der Finanzindustrie. Philipp leitet das anerkannte Frankfurt School Blockchain Center an der Frankfurt School of Finance, wurde von der FAZ zu den Top 30 Ökonomen in Deutschland und von der Capital zu den „40 unter 40“ ausgezeichnet. Darüber hinaus ist er Mitglied des FinTech-Rats des Bundesministeriums der Finanzen von Olaf Scholz und im Blockchain Observatory der Europäischen Union.
Neben seiner Rolle als Professor und Blockchain-Enthusiast, ist er auch Investor in diverse Startups im Bereich der neuartigen Technologie hinter der Blockchain und dient auf diversen Veranstaltungen und Fernsehsendern als Ansprechpartner für dieses Thema.
Philipp und ich nutzen diese Grundlage, um über seinen Lebensweg, seine Passion für das Thema der Blockchain und aber auch die Technologie und Zukunftschancen hinter der Blockchain zu sprechen. Darüber hinaus berühren wir die Thematik, wie man es heute schaffen kann, auch mögliche Scam-Modelle in der Blockchain Industrie zu identifizieren und welche Ressourcen sinnvoll sind, um sich mit dem Thema erstmalig und tiefergehend auseinanderzusetzen.

Christoph Windheuser is a long-term face of the discipline of Artificial Intelligence. In the late 80s and early 90s, he studied Neural Networks in Bonn and at the Carnegie Mellon University in the States. Besides also taking courses about neural networks in Tokyo, he finished his Phd in Paris about the topic of speech recognition.
A time in which the AI winter had been present. Nevertheless, Christoph, kept his eyes on the topic for the last 30 years and since then explored the scene in different companies.
He became the Director of IT at SAP, stayed there for 11 years, led a bigger team at Capgemini and the consulting team at GS1 Germany, before he then joined ThoughtWorks as the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence.
A true believer in the power of Artificial Intelligence and especially with the view for cooperations that are interested in actually developing AI strategies around their business – whether it’s the German Mittelstand, bigger corporations or startups.
Christoph and I chat about his exciting story of becoming the person he is today, the potential of AI infusing companies with a different speed and interesting resources around the topic of machine learning.

Rod Dowler has been in the technology space for decades. Rod has been the former European High Tech Partner of KPMG and now invests in companies and cares about the future of humanity.
He led the European High Technology practice at KMPG as a Partner, ran his consultancy before that for 15 years and has invested in different companies. In addition to that, Rod became the CEO of ZoomF, the first search engine in the UK which was sold in 2008.
One of his investments cares about a treatment to slow down the process of Alzheimer.
Besides helping young students at the London School of Economics, he still, after his retirement, serves as the CEO of the Industry Forum in London.

David Schnurman is the Co-Founder of Lawline, the largest provider of legal education in the United States. Moreover, he leads the Entrepreneurs Organization as the President of the initiative in New York.
David went very deep in the entrepreneurial journey he went through – fears, risks, successful times. Stories which shall inspire young entrepreneurs to use methods and processes to act fearlessly and drive positive action to bring the company and oneself as a founder forward. Lots of founders have lots of potential possibilities which direction the startup could take. David gives an overview on how he solved the known issues that a founder goes through.
